Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Area
• We ship locally within Hong Kong only.
•  For international shipping place contact us directly through email for arrangement. Do not place international orders through the online shop.

2. Shipping Fees
• All deliveries are Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Delivery fee is payable to the courier upon receipt.

3. Store Pickup
• Free self-pickup option available at the Fireboss store.
• Please check the website of our online shop for pickup address and hours.

4. Delivery Timeframe
• Standard delivery: usually 1–3 business days after order confirmation but subject to unforseen delay.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be treated as being placed on the next business day.
